It’s time we stop
and start breathing.

Quieten that monkey mind of yours and I will pass you, the not so hidden secret of increasing concentration and empowering your self through your self.

There are a gazillion articles on how to start your business, how to think and even what to think in contrary to handful “articles“ talking about pausing them.

No, I’m not going to advertise some exotic massage therapy from Chennai or tell you to travel to mountains in search of peace. You don’t need those escape routes you demand solution and here I’m telling you,

You just need yourself.
How funny…

So for the minds and the eyes whom I might be losing right now here is my sale pitch and what is it that I’m selling:

Your Peace

I have personally felt a tremendous need to pause my life for moments and reflect back,

on nothing
yeah you read it!

I don’t want to see what I accomplished.
I don’t want to see whats trending.
I just don’t want to do anything.
not out of laziness but because I’m loaded with abundance of chaos.

I’m loaded with choices of life, career, information and commodities.

I need the space.

The space with nothingness. Paradoxical yet beautiful.

If you’re with me till here I guarantee you a way to show you how to watch the watcher, to silent your mind and yes the practical stuff of increasing your concentration, awareness, compassion, health, empowering your self through “your self” and find that space between spaces.

The way is Anapanasati mediation.

The word “Anapanasati ” in Pali language means to direct one’s attention and awareness only on one’s normal, natural breathing process.

It is your opportunity to do nothing.

Action in Inaction.

No thought, no emotion just silently watching yourself through your breath.

Meditation makes doing nothing seem quite respectable.

I’m guessing some of you will smirk and continue and some of you will just continue. See I’m putting so much faith in you. It’s time you put that faith and time in yourself.

Just to iterate its importance companies like Google have felt the need for mediation and arranged training programs. Googlers attended a training program called “ search inside yourself.” It even hosts bimonthly silent mindful lunches which began after zen monk and writer Thic Nhat Hanh visited them in 2011.

Mediation and Mindfulness industry accounts for nearly $1 billion according to IBIS research.
*bling bling*

Mediation should be a part of every business tool kit. You need not spend but just use your breath.

I’ve got hundreds of real life testimonials telling me how this method of mediation has practically changed their perspective towards life and thereby empowering them to take the right decision. and because its so vital for your overall growth these many companies are investing time and capital in the same.

and some more

Once thought of as a far out eastern thing, is now considered a helpful habit practiced by fortune companies and successful people to develop inner strength, find their non dependent bliss thereby excelling at their lives and careers.

A lot of people say they do mediation through various cultural activities and sports. These activities are actually mindfulness. you have bought yourself some resting time but your incessant chatter continues beneath that. You are not able to break the line of thought or cant stop contemplating or thinking.

Mindfulness and mediation are two distinct spheres.

Mindfulness is the level of engagement in that moment whereas meditation is detaching from any sort of thinking or engagement.

Meditation is an extremely effective tool to unleash the powers of concentration and bolster our inner strength. It can help us better manage our emotions, enabling us to respond to every situation with totality of our spirit and action.

“Meditation is silencing the incessant chatter of the restless mind for that we begin with the breath.
The process of meditation is simple- Close your eyes and be with your natural breath.“

The concept of Anapanasati mediation is revived by Brahmarshi Patrji of Pyramid spiritual societies movement. He says,

Sit down in a position that’s comfortable but not so comfortable that you fall asleep. Become watchful of your body by focusing on your breath. Whenever you face a problem or I’ll rather quote it as challenge take few minutes and silence yourself through Anapanasati meditation. After few minutes return to the problem and you’ll be amazed at the renewed clarity of perspective that you will bring to the issue.

Start your meditation practice for as many minutes as your age for example 25 years 25 minutes
No mantra. No deity. No rituals. No formal clothing. Just you and your breath
Take the 40 days challenge and see the results yourselves. Do it anytime, anywhere in any situation

All is within you without having to go over to the mountains or sea or spending those dollars for that program or app.
The business of personal bliss is simple and free, mediate and empower yourselves through your own help.
I say we go and mediate for 10 minutes what say ?

Thank you for reading.
